Meet the team
John Swayne
After joining as an apprentice joiner in the late 1970’s John soon became part of the management team, running the project side of the business and manufacturing in the workshop.
Today he looks after estimating and administration but still loves nothing more than to get his hands dirty and make something in the workshop.
Outside of work family time is very important along with golf, walking, cycling, watching sport and holidays in the sun.
Andrew Marriott
Andy joined the company at 18 after taking his A-levels. Starting his apprenticeship in the workshop he has become part of the management team as a foreman dealing with day to day running of the workshop.
When time permits he likes to walk in the Lake District or ride the waves in Devon or Cornwall and to socialise with friends and family.
Adam Wyles
Joining the company in the 1990’s Adam started as a 16 year old apprentice working mainly on site as a maintenance joiner, then in the workshop manufacturing bespoke joinery.
He’s now part of the management team organising, manufacturing and fitting our products.
A keen footballer in the past he now spends downtime ferrying his young sport mad family around along with family holidays.
